Blair Shaw

Chairperson and 60s/65s Co-Manager

Blair has a long history of involvement in grassroots football, playing and coaching many teams in and around the Corby area.

As one of the founding members of Corby Town Walking Football, we were all pleased to vote Blair as our Chairperson when founding Corby United Walking Football in June 2026

David Eaton

Football Development Officer and 60s/65s Co-Manager

Dave is a vital member of our club, as he’s the football brains behind everything we try to do at Corby United. Dave takes our training sessions, and is co-manager of our 60s and 65s teams too.

An accomplished defender with a cultured left foot, Dave has huge experience playing for and coaching many teams in the Corby area (just don’t ask him to take a penalty!)

John Gibson

Treasurer

John does a fantastic job as our Club Treasurer, making sure everyone pays their way and keeping the club on a sound financial footing.

A keen Spurs fan (which we don’t hold against him!), John plays for both our 65s and 70s teams, proving to be a very capable defender that occasionally pops up with the odd critical goal too!

Stephen Shortland

Club Secretary and 50s Team Manager

Steve’s the relative newbie at Corby United, having only been with our group for a couple of years.

An enthusiastic player, Steve joined the committee as Club Secretary during the founding of Corby United Walking Football Club in 2026. Steve plays for and manages our 50s team, and also referees in the Northants Walking Football League.
